From set up to clean up, we take care of everything so you can relax and enjoy!

  • Confirm the date, time and location of your event

  • Transport the trailer to and from the event (servicing Toowoomba and surrounds)

  • Our trained staff will serve your guests throughout the event

  • We keep a tally of all servings so you can keep track of the cost; or just provide us with a cap amount

  • Confirm which menu items you would like us to serve (the more items, the higher the minimum charge)

  • Ensure the location is suitable for our trailer (enough room to tow into position with no steep gutters)
